Welcome to AFGE Local 32 Blog: American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE). We represent 1,300 Bargaining Unit employees and 400+ at US Office of Personnel Management (OPM). We negotiate agreements with OPM that directly affect your professional lives and your work environment, such as flextime, credit hours, tele-work, and professional development. In addition, we have negotiated child car and transportation subsidies for employees and fair procedures for employee evaluations and promotions.
