Congratulations to Loretta Reeves, in Employment Services (ES), Office of the Chief Learning Officer, who graduated on May 8, 2014 from Howard University with an advanced degree in Public Administration. Loretta is the Vice President of AFGE Local 32. We the membership of Local 32 at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) wants to say CONGRATULATIONS to Loretta on her very special achievement.
Loretta stated that it was important for her to continue and complete her education not because it was require, not because everyone else was doing it, but because it was something she wanted to do for herself. “I enjoy learning and growing as a person and hope that what I am learning through God I can share and become a better person in every aspect of my life.”
